Terms of use

These terms are an agreement between you and OBOADE LABS INC. ("we", "our", "us") and govern your use of the Jules app (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Who can use Jules

You must be at least 17 years old to use the Service. You need an iPhone with Apple Health and an Apple ID to sign in.

Your account

You sign in with your Apple ID. You are responsible for activity on your account. Your username, display name, and profile photo must represent you and must not impersonate anyone else.

Your content and conduct

The Service displays content you provide, such as your username, display name, profile photo, and reactions, to other members. You keep ownership of your content and grant us permission to store and display it within the Service.

We have no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behaviour. In particular, you must not:

• use a name or photo that is offensive, hateful, sexually explicit, or impersonates another person;
• harass, threaten, or abuse other members;
• use the Service to post content that is unlawful, discriminatory, or otherwise objectionable;
• falsify workout or activity data to manipulate leaderboards or records;
• attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorised access to the Service.

We may remove content, restrict features, or suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, without notice. The app provides tools to report content and to block other members; we review reports promptly, normally within 24 hours, and act on violations by removing the content and, where warranted, ejecting the member responsible.

Health and fitness disclaimer

Jules displays activity and workout information for motivation and fun. It is not a medical device and provides no medical advice. Consult a qualified professional before starting or changing an exercise programme.

The Service

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

Ending your use

You can stop using the Service at any time and delete your account in the app under Settings; deletion is immediate and permanent. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, branding, and software, is owned by OBOADE LABS INC. and protected by law. These terms do not grant you any rights to it beyond ordinary use of the app.

Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, OBOADE LABS INC. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Your continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
